It is used for the removal of hydratable and non-hydratable phospholipids and free fatty acids (FFA) from crude oil. For the removal of phospholipids and FFAs, two centrifugal separators are used in the process to substantially increase process efficiency and stability in terms of quality of output oil. The equipment works on the principle of the reaction of undesirable substances in oil with acid and, in the case of acid and alkali reduction, with lye and water. The phospholipids coagulate in the process and are separated from the oil on separators.<\/p>\n<p>The degumming technology serves to reduce phosphorus, free fatty acids, soaps and moisture in crude oil.<\/p>\n<p>The equipment works continuously and is fully automated.<\/p>\n<p>Depending on which substances are removed, the following are used:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Water degumming<\/li>\n<li>Acid degumming<\/li>\n<li>Special degumming<\/li>\n<li>Top degumming<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Water\u00a0degumming:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Adding water to oil causes hydratable phosphatides to coagulate, and they are then centrifuged in a separator.<br \/>\nPhosphorus is reduced to 50 to 200 ppm.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Acid\u00a0degumming:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This equipment uses the properties of hydratable phospholipids that accumulate at the oil-water interface and then aggregate.<br \/>\nThe addition of acid provides an environment conducive to clumping, and at the same time for converting a portion of the non-hydratable phospholipids into hydratable, i.e. removable.<br \/>\nPhosphorus is thereby lowered to less than 50 ppm.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Special degumming:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The principle of this technology is the same, but a small amount of lye is added to neutralize the acid.<br \/>\nPhosphorus is lowered to less than 30 ppm.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Top degumming:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In addition to phosphorus, acidity and soaps are also removed in this equipment. The disadvantage is the formation of soapstock.<br \/>\nPhosphorus is lowered to less than 10 ppm.<\/p>\n<h4>Description of the\u00a0process:<\/h4>\n<p>The crude filtered oil enters the process at a temperature of 5-35\u00b0C through a recuperative heat exchanger, where it is heated by the output oil from the process. Subsequently, it is heated in the heat exchanger by a heating medium to the desired temperature.<\/p>\n<p>After adding the appropriate amount of acid in front of the first dynamic mixer, the oil in the dynamic mixer is sufficiently mixed with the acid and proceeds to the vessel where the acid reacts with the non-hydratable phospholipids.<\/p>\n<p>It then proceeds to the second dynamic mixer, where precise amounts of lye with water are added, and then continues to the impeller-equipped reactor , where further chemical reactions, or precipitation of phospholipids, occurs.<\/p>\n<p>Then the oil enters the separator. The desired temperature is reached before the inlet and precipitated mucus is separated from the oil in the separator.<\/p>\n<p>Mucus is transferred to containers according to use of lye. If lye is used in the process of removing fatty acids, waste from the centrifuge is called <strong>soapstock<\/strong>. If lye is not used to remove fatty acids, it is called <strong>gums<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>After centrifuging, the oil is pumped through the recuperative heat exchanger, where it is preheated with the output oil, and continues to the heat exchanger where it is heated with heating media. Washing water is added to the heated oil and the oil is pumped through the third dynamic mixer into the second separator, where water and soaps are separated from the oil.<\/p>\n<p>The oil from the separator is conveyed to a vacuum dryer where the water content in the oil is minimized. From the dryer, the oil is pumped through the filters into a storage container. Fosfolipidy v procese koaguluj\u00fa a s\u00fa oddelen\u00e9 z oleja na separ\u00e1toroch. <br \/>Surov\u00fd vyfiltrovan\u00fd vstupn\u00fd olej vstupuje do procesu \u010derpadlom o teplote v rozhran\u00ed 5-35\u00b0C cez rekupera\u010dn\u00fd v\u00fdmenn\u00edk, kde sa olej ohrieva s v\u00fdstupn\u00fdm olejom z l\u00ednky. N\u00e1sledne sa olej dohrieva vo v\u00fdmenn\u00edku ohrevn\u00fdm m\u00e9diom na po\u017eadovan\u00fa teplotu. Po nad\u00e1vkovan\u00ed pr\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e9ho mno\u017estva kyseliny pred prv\u00fdm dynamick\u00fdm mix\u00e9rom je olej v dynamickom mix\u00e9ri dostato\u010dne zmie\u0161an\u00fd s kyselinou a pokra\u010duje do n\u00e1doby, kde doch\u00e1dza k reakcii kyseliny s nehydrovate\u013en\u00fdmi fosfolipidmi . Olej \u010falej postupuje do druh\u00e9ho dynamick\u00e9ho mix\u00e9ru, kde sa do oleja presne d\u00e1vkuje luh s vodou a nasledne pokra\u010duje do reaktora s mie\u0161adlom, kde doch\u00e1dza k \u010fal\u0161\u00edm chemick\u00fdm reakci\u00e1m resp. k vyzr\u00e1\u017eaniu fosfolipidov. Potom vstupuje olej do separ\u00e1toru, pred vstuom sa dohreja na po\u017eadovan\u00fa teplotu kde doch\u00e1dza k oddeleniu vyzr\u00e1\u017ean\u00fdch slizov z oleja. Slizy sa odv\u00e1dzaj\u00fa do n\u00e1doby pod\u013ea pou\u017eitia l\u00fahu. Odpad z odstredivky sa vol\u00e1 soapstock to je vtedy ak sa pou\u017eije v procese l\u00fah alebo gums to je vtedy ke\u010f v procese nepou\u017eijeme luh. <br \/>Olej je po odstreden\u00ed pre\u010derp\u00e1van\u00fd cez rekupera\u010dn\u00fd v\u00fdmenn\u00edk, kde je predohriat\u00fd v\u00fdstupn\u00fdm olejom a pokra\u010duje do v\u00fdmenn\u00edka, kde sa dohreje ohrevn\u00fdm m\u00e9diom a do ohriat\u00e9ho oleja sa d\u00e1vkuje tzv. pracia voda a olej je \u010derpan\u00fd cez tret\u00ed dynamick\u00fd mix\u00e9r do druh\u00e9ho separ\u00e1tora tu doch\u00e1dza k odde\u013eeniu zost\u00e1vaj\u00facich l\u00e1tok z oleja. Olej zo separ\u00e1toru sa dopravuje do podtlakov\u00e9ho su\u0161i\u010da kde je minimalizovan\u00fd podiel vody v oleji. Zo su\u0161i\u010da je olej pre\u010derp\u00e1van\u00fd cez filtre do skladovej n\u00e1doby oleja. V\u00e1kum v su\u0161i\u010di zabezpe\u010duje vodookru\u017en\u00e1 v\u00fdveva s vlastn\u00fdm chladiac\u00edm okruhom.
